Hampton Inn & Suites Saratoga Springs Downtown

Wow is all I can say. I’ve stayed in more hotels than I can count but this was without a doubt the best stay I’ve ever had. We were traveling with our dog and every staff member took the time to greet her and provide her with treats. All the staff are amazing friendly. Lately I’ve felt customer service as a whole has fallen to way side in the world. Not so here at Hampton Inn Saratoga. Can’t recommend this hotel more.

Horrible. If you get placed into rooms near 204 expect to have water damage in your room and a bad smell. The wall paper is lifting in the halls and rooms from the water damage. Front desk Person Josh was absolutely rude. I wanted to simply report that there was an issue and was met with immediate annoyance and aggression. Terrible customer service from him. He was extremely argumentative and short. Genuinely did not care to help. The staff seemingly lack work ethic and honor in their work. Have no want to provide a good experience. There is a clear split in the staff of those who care to provide a quality experience to those that don’t. Josh is genuinely awful good luck dealing with him if you have room issues. The room was also dirty and dusty I’m military and have experience with a lot of hotel staff and appreciate the staff always, but this experience was less than inviting. I did appreciate the late check out and late night staff person. Everything else was as expected pool was good breakfast as well. Just a staff issue and building water damage.

My family and I stayed at this hotel over Labor Day weekend. Amy and the rest of the staff were truly amazing. Each and every team member was friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms were equally as lovely. If you are looking for a quick walk to restaurants & shops this is a great choice. We took our dogs for the getaway and this hotel location was also great for them. Directly across from a small park.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, I had a good experience. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly. Amy is great! The breakfast area was clean, and the food was hot and frequently replenished. However, I did have a bit of an issue with the shower head in the bathroom. It didn't seem to work very well, and the water pressure was quite low. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would consider staying there again in the future.

The location is PRIME! You are in the heart of downtown Saratoga therefore, everything is walkable ! We celebrated a 30th birthday and wanted to be able to walk back from the bar scene after an evening out. The location of this hotel delivered! Very pretty, and extremely clean inside! Hallways appear to be going through some updates/renovations but the rooms are very modern. A huge shout out to Maura at the front desk for above and beyond service! Our group of 8 would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again!
